How to Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days?

Your wedding day is close, and you want to be in your best shape for your wedding? You must do surgery, but you need to lose at least 30 pounds? You want to meet the right person, but you feel that you need to be slimmer? Whatever motive you may have to lose 30 pounds in 30 days, if you are overweight you should do it. So, to help you lose 30 pounds in 30 days, I will give you a plan of what you should eat and drink in each day of the week for a month to make your life easier.

But before that, you must take all the food that you don`t need out of your fridge and your pantry. You know what kind of food I am talking about. ; )

Although you may have a disease that makes you have a low metabolism or more prone to gain weight, you didn`t gain that extra 30 pounds because you only eat the right food. That can happen too if you eat more healthy food than you should, but those cases are extremely rare, and I could almost bet that is not your case.

So, act and start following this plan to lose 30 pounds in 30 days.

Monday

Start this day by drinking a glass of water. Then eat a small brown bread with a slice of cheese and turkey ham. If you go to your work by bus, leave the bus one stop earlier and walk at least 30 minutes, go to a coffee shop near your work. If you go to your work by car, park your car in an easy place to park but 30 minutes away from your work. In case you work at home, walk to a coffee shop 15 minutes away.

Enjoy a cup of coffee peacefully. Make sure your coffee doesn`t have any sugar or has a sweetener. Avoid using sugar at all costs! By getting your house earlier to walk and enjoy a cup of coffee, you avoid all the traffic jam, and because coffee has caffeine your metabolism will increase, and this will start your process to lose 30 pounds in 30 days.

In the middle of the morning eat a yogurt with wild berries and oatmeal. Today you can bring to your work a handful of nuts to eat whenever you feel hungry (you don`t need to eat all of them at once, you can eat just a few of them). For lunch eat salmon, with a big salad seasoned with olive oil and vinegar and whole wheat pasta, drink water, and eat an orange for desert.

In the middle of the afternoon eat a small mixed bread with cheese and drink water.

For dinner eat a vegetable soup and a plate with a chicken leg, and basmati rice with plenty peas. For dessert eat a banana. I suggest eating a banana from Madeira; they are the ones that have more flavor (they are small, you can eat 2 of them).

Tuesday

Start the day drinking green tea without sugar or sweetener and eating banana pancakes with whole flour. At the middle of the day drink coffee with milk and eat a whole meal bread with curd cheese and bean sprouts.

For lunch eat grilled black scabbard fish with green beans and boiled potatoes. Drink a glass of water. For desert eat jelly. In the middle of the afternoon eat a yogurt with chopped almonds and puffed rice.

In the late afternoon, do at least 30 minutes of exercise. You can run, have Zumba or dancing classes, do yoga, play basketball, whatever you prefer.

For dinner have a soup of leek, carrots, and onions. Then, eat “Piranha” with wild rice and a salad seasoned with salt and pepper. For desert eat an apple.

Wednesday

Drink a glass of water. Afterward, eat whole grain melba toasts with camembert. Walk 30 minutes to a tea house and drink an earl gray tea without sugar or sweetener. In the middle of the afternoon drink an orange juice and eat a mix bread with chicken ham.

For lunch eat a mixture of mushrooms and vegetables with noodles. In the middle of the afternoon eat a yogurt kiwi, banana and cereal flakes. For dinner chop a heart of a pig and heat it with a chopped onion, a grated carrot, a chopped tomato and a bit of olive oil. Afterward, add two glasses of water and cuscus. Eat the pig`s heart and drink a glass of water and for desert eat a pear.

Thursday

Start the day drinking echinacea tea without sugar or sweetener. Then eat a bowl of whole grains, raisins, and milk. At the middle of the day drink coffee with milk and eat a whole meal bread with camembert pea sprouts and a slice of smoked salmon.

For lunch eat soy with tomato sauce and whole grain spaghetti. For desert eat jelly. In the middle of the afternoon eat a Greek yogurt with walnuts and honey. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise at the end of the afternoon. For dinner have a soup of pumpkin, courgette, and onions. Then, drink a glass of water and eat a quail with pasta and a tomato and cucumber salad seasoned with lemon juice and salt. For desert eat pineapple.

Friday

Drink a glass of water. Then eat whole grain toasts with a slice of melted cheese, chopped parsley and garlic. Walk 30 minutes to a coffee shop and drink coffee without sugar or sweetener. In the middle of the afternoon drink lemon juice and eat a mix bread with peanut butter.

For lunch eat shrimps with a vegetable mixture with cuscus. In the middle of the afternoon eat a Greek yogurt with pumpkin seeds and cranberries.For dinner drink, a glass of water, take roasted chicken with chestnuts and spinach purée. Then eat a pomegranate.

Saturday

Today you should only drink water and fresh juices, and eat only vegetables, fruits, and seeds. Fast at least one day per week will help you lose 30 pounds in 30 days.

Sunday

You are finally free to eat whatever you want!!! But, you must exercise for at least 1 hour.

The next three weeks, you follow the same pattern. This way, at the end of the 30 days you should lose 30 pounds. It is all about controlling your food and not taking the food that makes you bulky. But some forms of physical exercise are recommended if you think you are not losing as much fat as you should.
