How to Lose 15 Pounds in 3 Weeks?

I know how hard is to lose weight. When I was younger I wasn`t an obese child, on the contrary, I was very slim, had no fat around the belly, and could eat whatever I wanted and whenever I wanted, but I remember I didn`t eat many candies. When I went to college, I started gaining weight because I stop being active. Instead, I would listen to 3-hour classes sitting on a chair without moving. Classes with that long should be forbidden. So, let me tell you some tips about how I managed to lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks:

#1. Tip – Consult a nutritionist

I went to a nutritionist to make me a meal plan adapted to me. I drunk many natural juices per day so; she advised me to start drinking only water because even natural juices without sugar have calories. I could put a few drops of lemon in my water or drink tea without sugar but only that. I also ate a lot of fruits during a day, so I had to reduce and start eating 2 or 3 fruits per day.

Surprisingly unlike other persons, I didn`t eat many carbohydrates, so she advised me to eat complex carbohydrates to have the same levels of energy during a day. I also had that problem, and this solves it. She told me to start eating more fish instead of meat and asked me not to eat sugars or fats. She also gave me many other pieces of advice, but these were the ones that worked with me and helped me lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks.

#2. Tip – Empty your fridge

I don`t have anything in my fridge that can prejudice my diet. I know if I have something in my fridge that I like, but makes me gain weight, I will eat that damn thing or drink it. If I want to eat a cake or bread with prosciutto, I walk to a coffee shop and pay for it.

#3. Tip – Don`t tell anyone what you are doing

People advise you to tell your friends and family that you are on a diet, so they can be supportive and help you. That didn`t work for me! The minute you tell them your plans to lose weight they start offering cakes, smoked sausages, cheeses and other several types of food they know you can`t resist. They can be quite persistent and annoying.

#4. Tip – Learn to say no

You don`t need to eat everything people give to you. You need to learn to say no politely and to divert the attention talk about some topic controversial or a subject that person likes to talk about. If you can`t remember anything to say, just say that you are going to the bathroom. That way you don`t need to confront that person, and eventually, that person forgets about it.

#5. Tip – Move yourself

You need to do some exercise to help you stabilize the hormones that make you eat more than you should. It will make you feel better and help you lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks.  I can`t run or ride a bicycle, so I stop using the public transportations. I walk every single day and shop things near my house. They may be more expensive, but I don`t spend money on gas, and I need to walk to go to them. These were the tips that worked with me and helped me to lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks.
