Among the many controversies involving Donald Trump, it may seem a bit odd that the public shows interest in the issue of his real height. The oddness must be because he claimed to be 6 feet and 3 inches. Reports though say that the real Donald Trump height is 6 feet and 2 inches or 188 centimeters.
Donald Trump made this claim (through his doctor’s letter) during a TV show appearance. This claim though is in direct contrast to what everyone and everything else has been saying, claiming or recording. Google says Donald Trump is 6 feet and 2 inches tall. CelebrsMemori.com says the same thing. There was a picture of Donald Trump standing next to the 6 feet and 3 inches tall Jeb Bush, and the evidence is caught on that image: Bush is 6 feet and 3 inches tall, Donald is not.
So, why did Donald Trump lie about his height on the Dr. Oz TV Show? A theory was born: Trump claimed to be 6 feet and 3 inches tall because admitting to being 6 feet and 2 inches tall would make him overweight at 267 pounds.
Many believe that Donald Trump’s doctor added an inch to Trump’s height to so that people can’t call him an obese person. Donald Trump certainly does not lack in vanity. He has a high self-regard. And being obese would not mean good for him.
It is also possible that this issue on Donald Trump’s height is because of the belief that height is one of the factors for winning presidential elections. A kind of lame factor, probably. But, as they say: the taller the candidate is, the better his chances of winning. And you know who won the election?
